The Spring Soccer Development Program needs your help! In order to provide the opportunity for 600+ youth of our community to play soccer on Saturdays the club needs volunteers. Volunteering has many benefits to all involved and help us keep the registration fee as one of the most affordable sports programs in the area. Concord is one of the few sports organizations that does not charge a member nor volunteer/ service fee. Please help us keep it that way. There is a volunteer task that meets your abilities and interests. All will take a minimal amount of your time and enable you to work with our great team. Opportunities include field lining crew, equipment organizers, snack bar helpers, registration administrators and age group coordinators. Volunteering sets a good example to your child and helps you learn more about the club and the game of soccer. Please consider helping. You are prompted to volunteer during the registration process.

The Soccer Development Program (SDP) follows Concord Soccer's Mission in providing instruction and games in the sport of soccer for the youth in our community. Our approach fosters character development, sportsmanship, skill acquisition and fun in a positive, respectful environment.
CSA's Soccer Development Program (also known as recreational or instructional soccer in some clubs) is non-competitive for levels Kiddie Kicker thru u12. That means that no standings or won-loss records are kept by the Club and there are no championships or playoffs.
Coaches are key to our program. All of our development team coaches are volunteers. Head and assistant coaches are needed at every age group. We encourage moms and dads to get involved as coaches. The Club provides clinics and materials for those interested in coaching or assistant coaching. You will be prompted to volunteer as a coach during the online registration.
