Concord Soccer's Soccer
Development Program (also known as Instructional or recreational soccer
in some clubs) is non-competitive. That means that no standings or
won-loss records are kept by the Club and there are no championships or
play-offs at the intra-Club level for all but the older age groups.
Fall, Winter Indoor and Spring soccer is offered in the Soccer
Development Program.
Concord Soccer’s
Representative Program is a competitive program with associated tryout
session, that runs from Fall through the Spring seasons. The mission
of the Concord Soccer Association Representative Program is to provide
training and opportunities to develop individual and team skills at an
appropriate level. Additionally, the program is designed to allow
players to experience competition at the highest level. The emphasis
of the program is skill development so that every player realizes his
or her full potential.

Adult Soccer Programs
Concord Soccer Association sponsors several programs for adults interested in playing soccer.
Adult Teams in New Castle County Soccer Leagues: CSA sponsors two Adult Co-Rec Over 30 teams for the Fall and Spring seasons. Concord Classic 1 play in B division, while Concord Classics Too (2) play in the C division. Additionally, the Concord Sirens and Concord United represent CSA in the Women's league during the Summer and Fall seasons.
Adult Pickup Games- Concord organizes adult pickup games outdoor during the late summer months, indoor from Dec-Feb, and outdoor again in early Spring. Outdoor sessions will resume in the early Spring 2009. Some sessions will be held at the Archmere Academy turf field at 3600 Philadelphia Pike. Interested players must register here to be on the distribution list for game announcements. These games cost about $5 per person, depending on how many people attend, in order to pay for the field rental. Please always bring a white shirt, a dark shirt, and a colored shirt (yellow, red or orange).
Women's Training Program- For the few years, CSA has sponsored a training program geared toward women for beginning to intermediate level players. The sessions was not offered 2008/2009, but we hope to have sufficient interest to run it again in the Winter 2009/10 season.
